Youth Ski League (YSL)

Saturdays, 9:00-3:30, Sundays 9-12:00

The Youth Ski League (YSL) team is designed for the racer who wants more coaching and contact days than the Buddy Werner program.
Skiers aged 8 to 18 years meet with ski team coaches all day on Saturdays and Sunday mornings, or will race in several away
USSA YSL races on Sundays. Skiers are instructed in athletic, physical, tactical, and mental aspects of ski racing
and team participation with an emphasis on learning slalom, giant slalom, and SkillsQuest.

All volunteers and coaches are registered with US Ski and Snowboard, undergo background screening,
and are cleared with the U.S. Center for SafeSport program.
Schedule permitting,YSL may also elect to enter Roaring Fork Valley Series races (with Aspen and Powderhorn).
